What the website is for
The website presents the guesthouse, the rooms, the meals and the surroundings, and lets you send us an enquiry. By using the website you agree to these terms.
Enquiries and bookings
A request sent through the website is not a booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have sent you a quote, you have accepted it and, where applicable, paid the deposit, as set out in our booking policy.
Prices are given in the quote. Information on the website (capacity, facilities, meals) is provided in good faith; the exact details of your stay are those in the confirmed quote.
Information about the area
Distances, opening hours and prices of the sights are indicative and gathered from public sources. They may change without our knowledge; please check them before you set off.
Rights to the content
The texts, photos of the guesthouse, videos and graphics belong to the guesthouse or their authors and may not be copied without permission.
Some photos and the background music are used under free licences (Creative Commons and others); authors and licences are listed on the photo and music credits page.
Reviews
Reviews on the website come from public sources (turistinfo.ro, Google, Booking.com, Facebook), with the name and date shown there, and link to the original. In the English version they are translated from Romanian.
Liability
We do our best to keep the information accurate and the website working, but we cannot guarantee there will be no interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to.
